You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to participate in this beta program. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, uploading, sharing, sending, or transmitting any nudity, sexually explicit material, pornography, or other adult-oriented content on the App. This includes profile photos, messages, videos, images, or any other user-generated content. The use of this App for any form of explicit, sexual, or suggestive activity is not permitted. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without prior notice.

Users agree to use the App’s communication features (including messages, chats, video calls, and any other forms of interaction) in a respectful and appropriate manner. You may not engage in sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances. Additionally, all forms of hate speech, racism, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or derogatory comments based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic are strictly prohibited. Violations of these communication standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

The App is intended solely for lawful purposes and may not be used for any illegal activities. Users agree not to engage in, promote, or facilitate any form of illegal conduct, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, exploitation, human trafficking, prostitution, or any other activities that violate applicable local, state, federal, or international laws. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we reserve the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

The Beta Product is a pre-release version and is provided solely for testing and feedback purposes. It may contain bugs, errors, defects, or incomplete features. The Company makes no guarantees regarding performance, stability, or functionality.

Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta Product solely for testing purposes during the beta period. You may not copy, modify, distribute for the intent of profit, sell, or reverse engineer the Beta Product.

You agree to provide honest and constructive feedback, bug reports, and suggestions regarding the Beta Product. All feedback becomes the property of the Company, and you grant Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback without compensation or attribution.

The Beta Product and any related information (including features, screenshots, documentation, or performance data) are confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, or discuss them with any third party without Company’s prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the beta program.

Participation in the beta program is voluntary. You will not receive any compensation, payment, or reimbursement unless separately agreed in writing.

Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Beta Product at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the Beta Product at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and delete/destroy all copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
